Stress Management

'Aadhar' sanstha arranged a stress management workshop at 'Maharshi Academy school' for high school children on 20-12-2012. The workshop was run by  teachers of' 'Art OF Living.' In the workshop children learned how to handle the stress with the help of breathing and different exercises.  Most of the children said that after this workshop they feel happy, calm.Children said they need more such workshops, which can help them.


 

"Aadhar" in the year 2012 planted trees at 'Technichal High school' campus along with school children. On 4th Feb.2012 an art competition was arranged at 'Mahrshi Academy School' where almost 80 children participated.'Vivekanand Bal Shiksha Kendra' children were the part of this art competition too.The subject was given Holi and Basant to different age group. Each child was given certificate and in each group they were given 1st,2nd, 3rd, and consolation prizes. Mr. Atul Arora was the chief guest. Dr. S.C. Gupta (retired CMO Railway) welcomed him.Dr. chandra Gupta, Mrs. Kusum Gupta,Mrs Anjali Pandeya and Miss Manju Gupta(who anchored the programe).

water saving

Aadhar sanstha and Indian Airtel Ltd.,commercial Data jointly did an activity to educate on water saving and water conservation to orphan children at Leelawati Munshi balgrha,Motinagar,Lucknow on 17th June 2011. Mr. S. S. Shukla, commercial Data, Head and Dr. S. C. Gupta not only taught water saving tips but also taught them how to make a habit in each day life. They taught them how to conserve water in soil as well.
Dr. Chandra asked children, if they have any enquiry in to any thing which inquisit them and no one is around to answer their question, they can ask us. One girl, named Sunita studding in grade 6th came forward. She asked ‘ I want to be an engineer what should I do? She is told by one of our guest- 'First have faith in you and say to yourself ‘I can do it.’ For this you need math and science as a subject. Through her question Aadhar sanstha decided to make available carrier related literature and magazines at Leelawati Munshi Balgrh from now.
Later children performed dance and songs.
Both Aadhar and Indian Airtel ltd. gave bedsheets, school-bags and Hindi,English,Math,and Drawing copies, at the end snacks were given to children.

Japan catastrophe makes me to think... plant more and more trees on earth soil.In side earth so much electricity was charged and bad-conduct wood were not around to null and void the shocks. do u think so...... post your views.

clothes for poor children and adults

Aadhar distributed clothes and biscuits to poor children, women and men about 200 people were benefited. Thinking of environment, we decided to wrap the clothes in Newspaer instead of plastic bags. For this good cause Mrs. Pushpa Misra, Mrs. Komal Pradhan, Mrs.Poonam Srivastava and Mrs. Anjali Pandeya volunteer themselves and helped in wrapping minimum two clothes in each pack.
The clothes were given to poor and helpless children on 27th Nov. 2010 at Riksha colony, sec. M Aashiana Lucknow. President Arun Pandeya, treasurer, Miss Manju Gupta, Sec.Mrs. Anjali Pandeya and other members Mrs. Kusum Gupta, Mrs. Pushpa Misra, Mrs. Komal Pradhan gave clothes to children and On 3rd Dec.2010, Mrs. Anjali Pandeya and Poonam Srivastava distributed clothes packets and biscuits at Vivekanand Bal Shiksha Kendra, Saleh nagar,Lucknow.
Mrs Anjali Pandeya and Mukesh distributed clothes to adults such as Riksha wala and labours at Bara Birva sabji mandi. It felt so good and satisfactory that some riksha pullers immediately put clothes on. I could see happiness on their faces and that makes me feel good too. We gave them biscuits packets too. I thank to the people who donated such good conditioned clothes to Aadhar.

On 15TH JULY 2010 Bal Sangrhalya secretary Dr. Usha Chaudhry inaugrated the event by planting a fruit plant SHARIFA.Electronic and print media was present for the coverage. Hindi Newspaper Hindustan, Swatantra Chetna and Rashtrya Sahara covered the event with photographs. special guest Mr. ChandraBhushan Tiwari, who promised himself to plant one lakh plants on earth for saving the enviornment. Mr. Arun Kumar Pandeya, Dr.S.C.Gupta, Dr.S.B.Gupta, Dr. Chandra Gupta, Mrs. Kusum Gupta, Mrs. Anjali Pandeya,Mrs. Sushma Gupta, Mrs. Pushpa Misra, Mrs. Poonam Srivastav, Balsnagrhalya's incharge Mr. Rakesh Misra, Bal Vidya Mandir warden Mrs. Beena Misra, Ms Manju Gupta, Bal Vidya Mandir School Children and other children planted more than 100 plants. There were differnt type of plants such as PEEPAL, NEEM, AMLA,BELPATRA,HARSINGAR,BOTTEL BRUSH,ASHOK,SHARIFA, SHATOOT, AND AMROOD(GAUVAVA).
Mr. Chandra Bhushan Tiwari taught children how to plant a tree- First take plant out from the plastic bag and then break little the soil so plants can breath and have food through roots . Dig a 2or 2and half feet hole to plant a tree. First, fill it with water and khad then plant the tree.

As a person i believe women play an important role in dowry system.Though Indian man usually don't listen to their wives, but in dowry demand they silently support them. Ladies- Kitty is very popular activity among women, so i decided to go in these kitty-parties and put open discussion about dowry, and girl- feteus-abortion. Through this I want to bring awareness in women. In continuation of this mrs. Asha Gupta and mrs. Sapna Gupta invited me on10th march 2010 to their house in kitty-party. A woman said"i didn't take dowry in my both sons wedding, but it's difficult to get a son- in-law without dowry.So I request every reader to be part of this revolutionary thought through kitty-parties.

Holi Milan

Aadhar sanstha members celebrated Holi Milan @ Arun Kumar (president) house on 7th March. Anjali Pandeya(sec.) introduced aims of sanstha, which are helping poor and helpless children in education and health, Bring thought- revolution for dowry and girl -fetus-abortion in kitty parties, Educate poor women for hygene, health, and help them in making independent,save the Enviourment.

In respect of saving enviourment, sanstha members decided to plant trees in July.

Mrs. Sushma Gupta sung a gazal. Dr. S. B. Gupta and Mrs. Pushpa Gupta made Holi-Milan colorful with their holi songs. Dr. S. C. Gupta and Ms Manju Gupta cracked some jokes. At last Dr. Chandra Gupta sung a song. Arun pandeya and Anjali Pandeya thanked every body for being the part of it.Holi milan ended by pooldinner.

बाल चित्र कला प्रतियोगिता

दिनांक -२३-०१-२०१० , नेताजी वीर सुभाष चन्द्र बोस की जयन्ती के सुअवसर पर ," आधार संस्था" लखनऊ के तत्वावधान में ,आर्थिक रूप से कमज़ोर बच्चों के स्कूल- विवेकानन्द बाल शिक्षा केंद्र , सालेह नगर, लखनऊ में एक चित्र कला प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया। बच्चों को कक्षा १ से ४ तक एवम ५ से ८ तक दो वर्गों में रखा गया । दोनों वर्गों में प्रथम , द्वितीय, त्रितीय पुरस्कार दिये गये । सभी बच्चों को सान्त्वना पुरस्कार दिया गया । चित्रकला का मुख्य विषय ’ पर्यावरण प्रदूषण ’ तथा ’ अपने टीचर जी ’ था। निर्णायक मन्डल में डा.( श्रीमती) चन्द्रा गुप्ता, अव.प्राप्त प्रोफ़.ओफ़ अनस्थीसिया के जी एम सी,लखनऊ, सन्स्था की उप मन्त्री श्रीमती सुषमा गुप्ता एवम श्रीमती आशा गुप्ता व रमन गुप्ता थीं ।सन्स्था के अध्यक्ष श्री अरुण पान्डे व परामर्शदाता डा. एस. बी. गुप्ता ने पुरस्कार वितरण किया। सन्स्था की मन्त्री श्रीमती अन्जली पान्डे ने बच्चों को नेताजी सुभाष चन्द्र बोस के बारे में बताया। सन्स्था की कुशल व क्रियाशील सदस्या श्रीमती सपना गुप्ता ने चित्रकला के बारे में बच्चों को बताया। पर्यावरण पर बनाये गये दो सुन्दर चित्र सन्लग्न हैं।--------------- अध्यक्ष ।

बालचित्र कला प्रतियोगिता- २३-०१=२०१०....

आधार सन्स्था एवम केम्लिन कम्पनी लिमिटेड के तत्वावधान में निर्बल वर्ग के बच्चों के लिये एक चित्रकला प्रतियोगिता दि. २३-०१-२०१० को प्रातः १० बजे , विवेकानन्द वाल शिक्षा स्कूल, सालेह नगर लखनऊ, मेंआयोजित की जारही है। बच्चों को दो वर्गों में विभाजित करके कक्षा १ से ४ तक एक वर्ग एवम कक्षा ५ से ८ तक दूसरे वर्ग में रखा गया है। चित्र बनाने के विषय -दोनों वर्गों के लिये क्रमशः विषय --जल या स्कूल, तथा पर्यावरण एवं प्रदूषण या अध्यापक है।

आधार संस्था की स्थापना वर्ष २००९ में हुई। इसका प्रमुख उद्देश्य आर्थिक दृष्टि से दुर्बल बच्चों व महिलाओं का सर्वतोमुखी उन्नयन है, जिसके तहत विभिन्न कार्य -कलापों द्वारा महिलाओं व बच्चों के विकास कार्य करना है।
